Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping our website! Following are the terms and conditions for our shipping policy:

All orders are processed within 2-4 business days and then shipped.   Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. 

If we are experiencing high order volume, shipments may be delayed a few days. We will make every effort to inform you of this situation. If there is a significant delay on your shipment, you will be notified by phone. 

Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout and are based on item weight and zip code proximity.

Delivery delays occasionally occur by carriers that we do not have control over. 

Shipping charges are not refunded if an item is returned.
